About the Founder

 

Little Jupiter is owned and operated by Cricket McCann.

 

Cricket McCann gained their Masters in Arts, Festival and Cultural Management from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, in 2018. They also have a BA (Hons) in English Literature with Creative Writing (2010, Aberystwyth, University of Wales). Cricket was a Founding Director and Business Manager of Coin-Operated Press CIC and has previously worked as a teacher of English as a Foreign Language and a manager for Leith Theatre. They have experience in volunteer co-ordinating, social media management, fundraising, and project management, as well as event bookings, artist/venue liaison, financial management, and marketing and promotions. They have been involved extensively in all key areas of the creative industries for almost two decades.
