About the Founder

 

Little Jupiter is owned and operated by Cricket McCann.

 

Cricket McCann gained her Masters in Arts, Festival and Cultural Management from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, in 2018. She also has a BA (Hons) in English Literature with Creative Writing (2010, Aberystwyth, University of Wales). Cricket was a Founding Director and Business Manager of Coin-Operated Press CIC and has previously worked as a teacher of English as a Foreign Language and a manager for Leith Theatre. She has experience in volunteer co-ordinating, social media management, fundraising, and project management, as well as event bookings, artist/venue liaison, financial management, and marketing and promotions. She has been involved extensively in all key areas of the creative industries for almost two decades.
